Nathan Cole - Co-Founder
Nathan Cole is a junior at East Noble High School and the Co-Founder of First Steps Support, an organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged mothers in Northeast Indiana by providing essential clothing and diapers. Passionate about making a difference, Nathan is actively involved in various clubs and organizations within his community. His leadership and dedication are central to First Steps Support’s mission to ensure every child has a healthy start and every mother receives the support she deserves. In his free time, Nathan enjoys volunteering, participating in school activities, and connecting with others who share his commitment to service.

Dhruvika Dey - Co-Founder
Dhruvika Dey is a junior at Homestead High School and the Co-Founder of First Steps Support. With a deep passion for social impact, Dhruvika is committed to supporting underprivileged mothers and their children in Northeast Indiana. Through First Steps Support, she works alongside Nathan to provide essential resources like clothing and diapers, believing that every family deserves a healthy and supportive start. Dhruvika is actively involved in several community clubs and organizations across Northeast Indiana, where she collaborates to meet local needs and drive meaningful change. Outside of her nonprofit work, Dhruvika enjoys exploring creative activities and advocating for causes close to her heart.
